HURRICANE BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A recently formed tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 250 miles south of the coast of Baja California. Forecasters are anticipating that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is moving northwestward at a rate of 10 m
